What snacks should I serve with Pinot Noir?

I am having a mid day party and plan to serve Pinot Noir. What snacks (not meals) can I serve with this wine?
Yellow cheeses would be wonderful and some fruits with very strong flavors.

cheeses that go well with Pinot: sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, wine cheese. Also serve up some crackers and some grapes and sliced apples and pears. Very good.
