some kind of ROBUST fish like Red Snapper (whole or filet) make sure you know how to debone if you purchase it whole (i'll be putting pix of this on my web site soon) i basically just bake it with a bit of Olive oil, chopped Garlic, Lemon juice and a pinch of white wine with salt and pepper.

another robust fish would be Orange Roughy
baked in a lemon/butter caper and white wine sauce or
Livornese Style which is baked with crushed or stewed tomatoes, sliced onions, capers, and sliced Kalamata Olives.

These fish are done when they are white and very flakey.

another thought would be to make yourself a veggie sandwich with some kind of white cheese slices (muenster, mozzarella or spicy jalepeno cheese) with slices of cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, sliced tomatoes

another good way is to just peel some apples and much on cheese and green grapes and have a glass or two.

when i worked in a particular restaurant this lady would ALWAYS order zin and fettuccine alfredo. i never understood that, but oh well....
References :
You can pair it with quite a few things. I would suggest Grilled Pork Chops ar Grilled Shrimp. You would want to stay away from the heavy meats and red sauces(Tomato) but it would be nice with a baked Brie or something like that. ENJOY !!
References :
I am an independent Wine consultant.
